Hello! I’m Julie Florio, the owner and operator of DeedAssure, LLC. At DeedAssure, our mission is to provide high-quality legal document services at an affordable price.

As a lifelong resident of Sonoma County and having raised my daughter here, I have deep roots in the Northbay. My educational and professional journey has also been closely tied to this community. I hold an Associate Degree in Natural Sciences from Santa Rosa Junior College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Master’s in Legal Studies from Empire College School of Law in Santa Rosa, CA.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I am a Mobile Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent. In addition to routine notary services, this commision and certification allow me to notarize mortgage loan documents and offer Apostille services for the international authentication of legal documents. I undergo annual background screenings to maintain my Notary Public commission and Notary Signing Agent privileges, and I am fully bonded and insured for these roles.

With over 15 years of experience in hospital and off-site healthcare settings, I have a strong background in both clinical and clerical aspects of healthcare and government agencies. This experience has given me insight into the importance of various legal documents in real-world scenarios. I also bring over four years of legal education and practical experience to my current focus areas: Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate. I am a certified, bonded, and insured Legal Document Assistant (LDA) registered with the Sonoma County Clerk’s Office. I am also a proud member of the California Association of Legal Document Assistants, where I stay updated with the latest information and receive support and continuing education to provide the best service possible.
